Welcome to StethBook. By using our website or purchasing a StethBook WebCard (hereafter referred to as “WebCard”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
StethBook provides interactive digital visiting cards (“WebCards”) designed for medical professionals to share their clinic details, availability, and contact methods with patients. These WebCards are customizable and may include buttons for calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, maps, UPI payments, and other features.
2. Eligibility
StethBook is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. By using our services, you confirm that you are a registered medical practitioner authorized to provide clinical services in your respective region.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your WebCard
- Not use the WebCard to display false or misleading information
- Ensure your contact methods and payment links are valid and secure
- We provide the WebCards to only Medical Professionals, if we find any discrepancies or
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any WebCard that violates these terms.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment must be made in full before WebCard creation begins
- The WebCard is a digital product and is non-refundable once created and delivered
- We may offer corrections or minor edits
5. Renewal & Validity
- WebCards are valid for 1 year from the date of creation
- Renewal reminders will be sent before the expiry date
- Failure to renew may result in deactivation of the WebCard link
- Renewal Pricing may change without any prior notice from the second year onwards
6. Privacy & Data Handling
- Your personal and professional details are used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your WebCard
- We do not sell or share your information with third-party advertisers
- You may request deletion or update of your data at any time by contacting us

7. Limitations of Liability
StethBook is not responsible for:
- Any medical advice, consultations, or services provided via the WebCard
- Errors in information entered by the doctor
- Downtime or delays caused by hosting or third-party service failures
The service is provided on an “as-is” basis without any express or implied warranties.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or terms at any time. We will notify active users of any significant changes.
9. Intellectual Property
All StethBook branding, templates, and content designs are the property of StethBook and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission
10. Misrepresentation Policy
StethBook exclusively provides WebCards to licensed medical professionals. If it is found that a user has submitted false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials, we reserve the full right to remove, suspend, or permanently deactivate their WebCard without any refund. Verification may be requested at any time.
